In a chaotic gathering hosted by the Kenyan electoral commission IEBC, William Ruto was declared as the fifth president of the Republic of Kenya. But just a moment before the announcement of the IEBC’s chairman, four of the seven members of the electoral commission said in a statement that they do not support the presented results.
